From first impression to first conversation

Show the work.
Explain the fit.
Make contact simple.

A homeowner should be able to understand your business before picking up the phone.

01

Show what you can do.

Bring your strongest renovation photos together with a clear explanation of the work. Help homeowners picture the kind of project you could take on.

02

Set the right expectations.

Explain your services, locations and process. Make it easier for homeowners to decide whether their plans fit your business.

03

Start a useful conversation.

Ask for the project type, location and timing when someone gets in touch. Give your team context for the first conversation.

About the design shown above

Gather House is our original concept for a fictional remodeling studio, using stock photography. It demonstrates our approach; it is not a client project or evidence of lead-generation results.

You know the craft.
We help tell the story.

We bring strategy, words, design and development into one process. We’re welcoming new client collaborations, with a clear scope and shared checkpoints from the start.

  1. Show us your work.Your projects, service area and ideal renovation inquiries.
  2. Agree on a useful starting point.Pages, deliverables, price and timing—in writing.
  3. Build, review and launch.Clear checkpoints and a guided handover.

After launch

Keep learning from
real inquiries.

An optional care plan can cover project photo updates, technical maintenance, and reviews of inquiry activity. We use what you learn from real homeowners to decide what needs improving.

Separately scoped. Advertising management and ad spend are scoped separately. Tracking is configured and tested for your agreed setup before launch.

Before you get in touch

A few good questions.

How much will my website cost?

Your proposal is based on the pages, content, functionality and integrations you need. Share your current website and goals, and we’ll outline the recommended scope and a project price before you decide. Requesting a proposal does not commit you to a project.

Can you work with my existing website?

Tell us what it’s built with and what you want to change. We’ll assess whether a focused improvement or a new build makes more sense before proposing the work.

Do I need professional project photos?

Your own project photos are the best starting point. We’ll review what you have and help select images that show your work clearly. Photography shoots are not included. Stock photos on this concept page illustrate the design, not completed client renovations.

How long will it take?

We agree on a schedule after reviewing your content, requirements and our availability. We won’t promise a launch date before understanding the project.

Will you guarantee more leads?

No. A website can make your offer clearer and the next step easier, but results depend on your offer, traffic, market and follow-up. Measurement helps decide what to improve after launch.

What happens after you reach out

A conversation.
Then a clear plan.

  1. We review your goals.

Your current website, service area and the projects you want to attract.

  2. We discuss the right scope.

A discovery conversation to understand your content, priorities and requirements.

  3. You receive a written proposal.

Deliverables, pricing, responsibilities and a proposed schedule to review before committing.
